Responsibilities: Instruct patients regarding oral hygiene. Clean and stimulate the gums to prevent gum disease. Apply fluoride treatment. Remove stains and deposits from teeth. Take, develop, and mount X-rays. Credentials. Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses. Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body.
