The Role: A unique opportunity with a national/international construction group based in Dublin HQ. Delivering major projects for multinational corporations, private companies, and local & state authorities across Leinster. Sectors include traditional construction, data, biomed, pharma, power gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure, & property development.

The Candidate: You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, and maximizing commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying, & procurement staff. Also contribute at the senior executive level, introducing innovative business methodology and strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.

The Opportunity: A ‘critical’ appointment, based in Dublin (with hybrid options), integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy for the Executive Management Team.
