We’re looking for motivated call center agents to join our growing team in Fourways, Johannesburg.

Roles include both inbound and outbound calling—and cold calling, booking of meetings for sales reps.

What You’ll Do: To book appointments for the sales reps. Answer incoming customer queries. Make and follow up on calls or offer services to existing and new clients. Record accurate call details and customer information. Work towards achievable targets in a team setting.

Requirements: Clear and confident voice. Fluent in English and 1 African language. Basic computer literacy. Good attitude & team player. Prior experience is a plus (but not required!). Competitive salary + commission. Friendly, supportive environment. Training provided. Growth opportunities.
