Service Technician Required for IT Company. Location: Kuwait. One of the leading IT companies in Kuwait needed a repair technician.

Responsibilities: Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Ability to carry out onsite repairs. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Follow all the company’s filed procedures and protocols. Proven field service experience. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. English literacy. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules. Familiarity with mobile tools and applications. Technical degree or certification. Visa No. 18 Transferable Kuwait Driving License issued prior to 2013).
