We’re currently seeking a motivated, warm, and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team at our flagship store in Coolaroo.

What You’ll Be Doing: Welcoming and assisting customers with sincerity, product knowledge, and care. Maintaining the aesthetics of the store — keeping it clean, organised, and fully stocked. Receiving, unpacking, and shelving deliveries. Processing transactions and answering customer enquiries both in-person and over the phone. Ensuring all daily tasks are completed with attention and accountability. Supporting a positive and proactive team culture.

Who You Are: You have a passion for natural health, clean living, and customer service. You’re friendly, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing things properly. You don’t make excuses — you get things done with care and consistency. You’re open to learning and growing alongside our team. A background in health, nutrition, or wellness is preferred but not essential.
