In these varied roles you will provide a range of administrative assistance to various departments. Assist with the administration in relation to the management of committees, including agendas and minutes (from recordings). Maintain various files, registers, and databases by way of data entry and form processing. File location, scanning, and records management will all form part of your day.

The ideal candidates will have a proven background in varied administration support roles within professional services and be well versed in Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook. Editing, proofreading, and formatting a range of documents. Presenting high-quality, grammatically correct written communications. Meeting tight deadlines and having exceptional organizational skills to coordinate activities and meetings where required. Experience in a legal or similar professional environment or association will be beneficial. An ability to prepare agendas, documents, and assist with incoming phone inquiries is required.
