The Role:

As our new ECT, you will lead the development and implementation of a high-quality educational program. Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families. Support and mentor educators within your room. Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check). Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A genuine love for early childhood education!
