Become a residential specialist. Senior, associate, or team leader roles are available in the future. Senior Structural Engineer / 2IC. $100K - $125K + super. RPEQ or CPEng required. 10 years of experience designing buildings in the QLD market. Combination of design, project management, team leadership, and company growth. Stable employer with repeat clients for decades. Team leader, director, company ownership opportunities available.

The ideal candidates have experience designing residential homes - steel and timber framed. Documentation, project management, and design review skills. Comfortable with on-site inspections and resolving RFIs. Experience maintaining client relationships. Excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, and play on a team.
