 Mechanic
Mount Pearl, NL
We are currently accepting applications for a Mechanic at our Mount Pearl, NL location.
Responsibilities
• Maintain equipment in a professional manner
• Follow policies & procedures
• Work safely, using directed PPE
• Complete tasks in a timely fashion as to the Trimac SRT Guidelines
• Maintain fleet equipment
• Driver and Shunt equipment
• Have basic tools for the job to start and increase as required
• Complete Apprenticeship training Highway Truck and/or Trailer
Skills
• Operation of hand tools
• Operation of air tools
• Positive work ethic
• Positive attitude & job performance
• Apprenticeship training to obtain Journeyman “Red Seal” status
Educational Requirements
• Valid Drivers License – Class 1 preferred but not required
• Grade 12 or equivalen
