WESTRADE carries out maintenance, renovations, repairs, and building services for residential and property management clients. We offer a multi-trade service with qualified tradesmen and skilled personnel alike. Our main work consists of active and proactive maintenance and renovations, including kitchens, bathroom modifications, and general building repairs.
The Position:
We are seeking a dedicated laborer seeking long-term employment to join our renovation team. The ideal candidate should enjoy hands-on tasks, possess a strong work ethic, have a keen eye for detail, and have good communication skills as well as the ability to perform a variety of other tasks related to home maintenance. As part of our workforce, you will have the chance to learn a diverse set of hands-on skills while working collaboratively within our friendly team on projects throughout the Greater Perth & Perth Metro area.

The job role will include:
Responsibilities:
· Assisting our varied tradesman
· Liaising with clients
· Picking up and delivering supplies/materials to job sites
· Performing general labour tasks
· Operate and maintain various hand and power tools necessary for carpentry and handy work
· Keep work areas clean and organized
About You
To be successful in this role, the applicants will possess the following:
· Must have own vehicle & valid driver's license
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a trade environment or handy work
· Experience with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, tile and concrete
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
· Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment as needed
