About the Company

Active Envelopes is a leading custom envelope manufacturer and offset envelope printer based in Dandenong South, Victoria.

We are providing services to major industries that include but are not limited to retailing markets, advertising agencies, mailing houses, stationers, banks, schools, greeting card companies, etc.

We are currently seeking a storeperson & packer to join our team. The role involves loading/unloading materials, preparing deliveries, assisting the production team with arranging material and packing envelopes, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The roles and responsibilities include

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload deliveries.

Prepare finished goods and materials for local and interstate dispatch.

Prepare stock and materials for the production team.

Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain inventory records.

Label and store all incoming stock and materials.

Maintain a clean and orderly storage and packing area.

Assist the production team with envelope packing on machines and ensure quality checks.

Support end-of-day machine cleaning with the production team.

Ensure timely dispatch of all orders.

Collaborate well with team members and adapt to changes positively.

Work safely and maintain attention to detail throughout tasks.

Prerequisites:

A forklift license is mandatory.

Previous storekeeping and packer experience is preferred but not mandatory - training can be provided.

Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed.

Basic knowledge of stock management is preferred but not mandatory—training can be provided.

Able to work overtime when required.
