The Role:

Working through various Perth suburbs, this role will see a determined, passionate, and knowledgeable individual manage and supervise large subdivision projects across Perth. You will lead teams, support crews, and drive onsite culture and safety, all importantly while having fun.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee employees, subcontractors, and laborers.

Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Have a strong understanding of OH&S methods.

Ensure work is carried out on time and delivered to standard.

Complete reporting on site records.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be an individual who is both familiar with delivering subdivisions in Perth and has a proven ability to lead and supervise teams on site. You will bring with you a hunger to succeed and a desire to find and continue creating a place where people enjoy coming to work and working in their team.

3+ years’ experience working in civil construction.

Experience working on local subdivision and land development.

Strong communication skills.

Willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth.

On Offer:

Salary between $130,000 and $160,000 (depending on experience).

Superannuation.

Fully maintained Vehicle
