About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a warm, organized, and sales-savvy residential sales and project coordinator to help grow our residential division. You’ll proactively build new client relationships, develop business opportunities, and serve as the key point of contact to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Your day-to-day might include:

Leverage existing relationships and build new partnerships with residential builders to win work.

Acting as a trusted, friendly point of contact for our residential clients

Creating and following up on new residential sales opportunities

Coordinating quote requests with the internal estimating team (no pricing knowledge required)

Communicating timelines and handovers with production and installation teams and our clients

Monitoring sales data and presenting insights for improvement and development

Helping to optimise team and resource workflow and project delivery processes

What You Bring

A warm, confident personality with great communication skills

Strong relationship building focus

Sales experience in the Residential Building sector

Highly organised with a passion for managing timelines and project details

A collaborative mindset, initiative and a solution-focused approach

Existing client relationships within the industry

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated programs
