Door Installer
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Group Insurance Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 5 years or more
Major Work Area: Installation, Repair, Service/clean
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Residential, Industrial
Area of Specialization: Doors, overhead, Metal building assembly (small metal buildings)
Specific Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, Assemble and install products, Utilize hand and power tools, Service and repair installations
Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service, Document and prepare invoices and work orders, Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
