In this role, you will provide strategic insight to our wider property team, support operational activities through our business partnering model, and work with our team to achieve successful outcomes. You will be expected to quickly become the subject matter expert for your particular portfolio/properties.

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven, successful history with a portfolio of property and facilities, preferably within central government. You will possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities in addition to strong financial and commercial skills. You will bring experience of process improvement and systemization to the role and the proven ability to work in a complex and sometimes reactive environment.
We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to deliver property services to specific branches across Te Tari Taiwhenua. This is a wonderful opportunity to really make your mark.
We'd love to hear from you if you have proven experience in the following areas:
Management of a portfolio of specialised and high-profile buildings
Operating as part of a high performing Property team
Management of internal stakeholders and business owners
Strategy setting, managing risks and benefits and prioritising activity
Applying legislative and operational policy frameworks within a service delivery context
Strong financial, process improvement and systemization skills
Proven ability to work in complex and sometimes reactive environments
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
