Project/Site Coordinator - Mechanical Engineer

Region: Riyadh (riyadh)

We are hiring experienced signage cost estimation engineers for our well-established signage company.

Minimum 3 years of experience/technically knowledgeable on mechanical projects.

Salary Range: 3000 SAR to 4000 SAR

Immediate iqama transferable

Preferred nationality: Indian, Sri Lankan, (Other nationality please excuse)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare daily work schedules and follow up with production/installation departments.

Coordinate with sales & production and extend the required day-to-day support.

Review job orders, coordinate with production, and plan site survey & installation activities.

Provide support to sales, PPC, and the overall installation department on a regular basis.

Assist/extend technical support, site supervision, and liaise/update the customers.

Responsible for site coordination, site supervision, and work execution.

Prepare detailed material, a tools list, and planned activities prior to dispatch to the site.

Visit sites across the kingdom and coordinate project works.

Prepare a structured dispatch list for project mode jobs and monitor it.

Support the sales executives and attend site coordination/client project meetings.

Close monitoring of rectification job orders and preparation of root cause analysis.

Educate and train the installation staff to avoid repetition of works and mistakes.

Close follow-up with the sales team & customers regarding the forecasted jobs for the month/quarter to ensure they are delivered on time as per the agreed schedule.

Prepare QC checklists, site completion reports, and subcontract agreements.

Attend site coordinators meetings, liaise with consultants & contractors to get all approvals, stay outstationed, and supervise works/projects across the kingdom.

Improve systems and procedures and implement methods in order to improve overall.

Prepare health, safety, risk assessment reports/analyses, and methods statements.

Functionally responsible for PPC, project coordination, and site supervision.

Carry out evaluation and suggest cost reduction methods in the assigned areas.

Monitor systems, improve methods, and ensure strict adherence at all levels.

Submit periodical reports to the management, ensuring corrective measures are put in place in order to avoid any lapses and/or nonconformances.

Carry out any/all other special assignments and/or management requests within the specified areas towards the betterment and/or growth of the entire organization.
