Assistant Store Manager - Tuggeranong

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced retailer/assistant manager to walk straight in and join a team that is already doing incredible things! Alongside your manager, you will be instrumental in steering the team by coaching, mentoring, and developing them to reach new heights never before seen. Ideally, we seek applicants with a strong retail operations background: maybe you're coming from a BOH role where inventory management and VM are your strengths, or maybe you're a retail manager with show-stopping store or boutique standards where your focus and understanding of time management and operational excellence are always on display...

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in bookstores will be highly regarded!

Experience in managing large volumes of inventory

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, provide training and development, and communication

Experience ensuring visual merchandising standards are met

Provide a high standard of customer service

Have the experience and creativity to help this store to reach greater heights!
