An exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded reliability specialist/sales representative to support field service work, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth across the WA region, based in Wangara.

About the Position

Join a supportive and driven team as a reliability specialist based in Wangara. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers, working hands-on with mechanical systems, solving technical challenges, and developing new business.

Key Responsibilities Include

Perform on-site technical service, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs

Build long-term customer relationships through regular site visits and communication

Promote and sell reliability-based solutions aligned with customer needs

Drive account retention and foster repeat business through service excellence

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Document service visits, sales activities, and client feedback accurately

Stay updated on new technologies to provide the best solutions to clients

Skills and Experience Required

4–5 years’ experience in pumps, mechanical systems, or fluid handling

Trade background (e.g., fitter) or mechanical aptitude highly valued

Site-based experience and understanding of reliability/maintenance practices

Sales or client-facing experience beneficial but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel to client sites as required
