Your Role:

Be the right hand of the manager, stepping up to lead when needed.

Support, motivate, and drive our dedicated workshop team.

Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships.

Collaborate in driving our business forward, enhancing operations and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

A valid, unrestricted manual driver’s license.

Knowledgeable in WHS and company policies.

Physically fit and ready to engage.

2+ years’ experience in a similar role preferred.

Stellar communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Independent yet collaborative work style.

Proficiency in computer use.

Understanding of targets and KPIs.

Inherent leadership qualities.

Strong background in the automotive/tire industry.

Bonus Points:

Light Automotive Mechanic Trade Certificate III.

Advanced communication and computer skills.

Experience in tires and wheel alignments.

A/C qualifications and safety certificate certifications.
