Client Description:
Our client is a multi-award-winning principal contractor with 60+ years of success delivering iconic projects across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, heritage, aged care, community, and hospitality sectors.
Recently securing new projects across southern, northwest, and western Sydney, they seek site supervisors, general foremen, and foremen to join their expanding team.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead site operations to maintain project schedules, control costs, and deliver superior quality outcomes.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to swiftly resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Manage and maintain accurate site documentation, including material orders, daily reports, and safety compliance records.
Oversee and drive strict adherence to safety standards, fostering a proactive and safety-focused environment on site.
Regularly inspect the site to assess work quality and progress and identify potential improvements or risks.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Role Requirements:
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to quickly solve problems in high-pressure situations.
Experience supervising teams as a foreman or site supervisor on construction projects for Tier 1, 2, or 3 principal contractors.
Deep understanding of construction techniques, building processes, and site safety requirements.
Qualified through relevant trade certifications or equivalent practical experience in construction management.
Highly proficient in reading and interpreting detailed construction drawings and project specifications.
Outstanding leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate, direct, and manage on-site teams for successful project delivery.
