Job Summary: Khaled Salim Al Ahmadi Co. is seeking a skilled and experienced AC Engineer to join our team for the Jizan General Hospital project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems at the hospital site. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of HVAC-related tasks. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and HVAC layouts. Conduct site inspections to verify quality of work, ensuring adherence to project requirements and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems. Prepare and maintain documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, and maintenance records. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and healthcare facility standards. Support energy efficiency initiatives and propose improvements where applicable.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, with at least 2 years in healthcare or large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC design, controls, and installation practices. Familiarity with relevant international standards and Saudi regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office. Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred: Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration. Experience in hospital or healthcare facility HVAC systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
