Job Summary:

The clinic manager will be responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the clinic, ensuring high standards of client care, staff performance, and business growth. This role involves all aspects of staff management, overseeing financial performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in the aesthetic or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

- Manage and support the clinical and administrative team, fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive clinic growth and profitability.

- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety standards.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets.

- Oversee client service and satisfaction, handling concerns and ensuring premium experiences.

- Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Manage stock levels of cosmetic and medical supplies.

- Work closely with marketing teams to promote the clinic’s services and campaigns.

- Foster relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry professionals.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention efforts.

- Implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and address workplace concerns.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations.

- Conduct team meetings, performance appraisals, facilitate staff development, and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or a similar leadership role within the aesthetic or healthcare industry.

- Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and operations.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- High level of professionalism and ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Knowledge of cosmetic procedures, skincare treatments, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.

- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
