Forte Family Lawyers are currently recruiting mid-level and senior lawyers to join our expanding family law practice.

You will be either

2-4 years' PAE with Family Law experience

5 + years’ PAE with Family Law experience

You will be looking for: 

Mentoring and training to take your legal and professional skills to the next level

Opportunities to operate files under expert guidance and supervision

Support to undertake specialist accreditation in family law, if not already obtained

Development of your leadership and mentoring skills through supervising junior lawyers

Regular training on a broad range of topics

A friendly and collaborative team environment

About Forte Family Lawyers

We are a team of 20 family lawyers, including 5 partners, all of whom are highly regarded accredited family law specialists. We act for private clients in a range of family law areas, including in the specialties of bankruptcy, receivership and insolvency, superannuation, financial (including pre-nuptial) agreements, disputes involving third parties and complex financial structures, high-risk parenting cases, and surrogacy. Our clients are local, interstate, and international.

About you

You will

Demonstrate a strong interest in working in family law with a focus on financial and property matters.

Have well-developed writing, drafting, legal research, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

Have strong organizational skills and a capacity to work within a team environment.

Be an accredited specialist or aspire to become an accredited specialist in the future.
