Senior Procurement Engineer

Region: Khobar (Dammam/Khobar)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Procurement engineer for long term projects

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and coordinate RPF documents with all stakeholders

2. Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations and secure approvals.

3. Draft a clear and structured award recommendation report.

4. Maintain professional and responsive communication with bidders throughout out the tendering process

5. Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and project requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

2. 7+ years of procurement experience, including in ECI/cost--plus environments

3. Strong coordination, documentation, and bidder liaison skills
