NLC Payroll is a family-owned business providing outsourced payroll services to companies across New Zealand and Australia. We're looking for a proactive, self-motivated payroll administrator to join our growing outsourced team in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process timesheets, variations, and payroll data across multiple clients
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
Respond to client and employee queries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth payroll operations
What you’ll bring:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Well-organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using Excel and working with data/reporting
Highly flexible, self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team
