Core Tools – Full Stack Software Development Engineers
The D&B Cloud Innovation Center is seeking experienced developers to join our core tools team. You’ll join an expert group of engineers responsible for building the essential features of our cloud-based analytics platform.
You sit at the meeting point of front end apps and server side development. You are the master craftsperson that brings everything together. You are involved in all stages of the engineering lifecycle from researching solutions to prototyping, design, implementation and shipping.

With a broad set of development skills in your web toolkit, you can build just about anything. Required Skills
• You have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• First-rate coding skills and an understanding of OOAD, algorithms, and data structures
• A background in web technologies (e.g. AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Polymer, HTML, HTML5, CSS)
• A strong understanding and experience in one or more web architectures (e.g. JBOSS, Apache, Tomcat, J2EE, HTTP)
• Expertise in Java or similar modern languages (C#, C++, Objective-C, Go)
• Solid Linux, Unix, or OS X experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, clean technical solution
Experience
• Experience in the successful delivery of high quality commercial software
• Bonus Points for experience with unit testing and agile methodologies
• Bonus Points for experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, Backbone.js, Ember.js) and libraries (e.g. React, polymer)
• Bonus Points for experience understanding of web design conventions, best practices, and emerging technologies
