About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking a data and reporting analyst to join Rio Tinto’s Heritage Planning Team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team responsible for system enhancements, management of the Traditional Owner Integrated Schedule database, and development of reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop PowerApps, PowerBI and PowerAutomate interfaces to streamline data entry
Develop Sharepoint and Office 365 workflows that seamlessly integrate with Power Platform Apps
Create and manage heritage data reports to support simplified and efficient reporting processes
Analyse data and implement sustainable solutions for tracking conformance to plan
Develop system-based notifications to support business planning and operational decision-making
Perform regular data hygiene checks and maintenance
Develop automated push reporting on progress updates
Develop and design both internal and external change documentation and communication materials to support updates as they are implemented
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience developing PowerApps, Power BI reports, and Power Automate workflows
Strong analytical skills and the ability to build reports from large data sets, including change tracking
Proven experience integrating SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project with Power Platform Apps
Experience in operations planning, scheduling, or land access is advantageous but not essential
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong data management capabilities
Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
