About the Role

As a solar consultant, you’ll play a key role in educating homeowners and guiding them toward the best solar solution for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-home assessments to inform and assist customers in selecting the right solar system.

Following up with potential clients to help them move forward with their solar journey.

Leveraging referrals from satisfied customers—our generous referral program rewards this effort.

What we’re looking for Face-to-Face Sales Experience: Prior solar experience is highly advantageous. Self-Motivation & Drive: We can teach skills, but you need that mindset, always hungry for more. Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Every client is different; knowing how to close them and handling objections. Reliable Transport & Tech Setup: Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a laptop for in-home consultations. Willingness to Learn: Open to new sales techniques and continuous improvement.
