Senior Architectural BIM Engineer

Region: Riyadh

We are seeking a highly experienced senior architectural BIM engineer to join our technical office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and reviewing architectural design deliverables, ensuring coordination across disciplines, and contributing to the technical integrity and efficiency of project execution. This role requires deep knowledge of BIM methodologies, Saudi Building Codes, and multidisciplinary coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate architectural design drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements, codes, and best practices.

Conduct design compliance checks in accordance with Saudi Building Codes and relevant international standards.

Lead the coordination of architectural documentation with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and clash-free design.

Participate in technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, representing the architectural discipline with professionalism and technical authority.

Supervise the preparation and revision of architectural shop drawings, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.

Develop and assemble architectural material submittal packages in coordination with procurement and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Provide ongoing technical support to the procurement team and construction site, ensuring resolution of architectural issues.

Leverage BIM tools to support design validation, coordination, and the production of high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering from an accredited university.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with large-scale projects in the GCC region.

Strong expertise in BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and coordination workflows.

In-depth understanding of Saudi building codes and architectural detailing.

Proven track record in managing design coordination and producing technically sound documentation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
