The Opportunity
In this newly established position, you'll become an authority on a diverse range of sophisticated hardware systems, including
Precision-engineered pivot hinge systems are known for their concealed mechanisms and seamless operation.
Magnetic locking solutions that combine security with aesthetic appeal.
Architectural door handles and entry pulls crafted by esteemed international designers.
Invisible edge pull handles that exemplify minimalist design principles.
Initial 6–8 Months:
Engage in a reactive, account management-focused role, supporting existing clients and responding to inbound inquiries.
Immerse yourself in comprehensive product training to master the technical intricacies of the hardware offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the company's operations and client service standards.
Beyond Initial Phase:
Transition into a more proactive role, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
Provide technical consultations to clients, offering tailored solutions that meet specific project requirements.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the product development team, conveying feedback and insights to drive innovation.
About You
You're a technically adept professional with a passion for design and architecture. While not traditionally a salesperson, you possess the communication skills and commercial acumen to excel in a client-facing role.
Your background may include:
Experience with complex, component-based products, such as mechanical systems, OEM components, door hardware, or custom-engineered solutions.
A track record of problem-solving and conveying detailed technical information to diverse stakeholders.
Exposure to OEM markets and an understanding of their dynamics and requirements.
Familiarity with the architecture or construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
High-end manufacturing, product development, or systems integration

Effective Communication: Skilled in translating complex concepts into accessible information for clients and collaborators.
