PERSOLKELLY is currently seeking a project manager for SMART Factory for one of their clients based in Wodonga Site.

Remote opportunity; may require visiting Site couple of times

Ideal candidates will have exposure to Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and a solid understanding of SCADA, MES, and factory IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main duties and responsibilities will include

Experience managing projects with relation to:

Industrial Control Systems (ICS) exposure is Ideal

Awareness of SCADA, MES, and factory IT systems and their function.

General IT, System integration and Business Data awareness

SAP awareness for Inbound and Plant Maintenance areas

Management of SQL DB Development and transition to Operational Support

Understanding of factory control system architectures, integrating PLC, RTU, and telemetry networks for real-time monitoring.

Supporting delivery of solutions that are compliant with cybersecurity best practices (IEC 62443) and Australian regulations.

Experience in collaborating closely with digital technology, electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams.

Experience in site commissioning and functional testing as required.

Determine business opportunities, process and information requirements and deliver effective business process and system changes;

Ensure business case and business change plans are rigorously defined and appropriate to business opportunity

Work cross-functionally to ensure project aims are fit for total business objectives.

Demonstrated Project management or deployment experience in various functional areas;

Exposure to Agile Project Methodology preferred;
