Raine & Horne Commercial Macarthur has been established since the year 2000 and is the leading provider of commercial property agency services in the local area.

Our team manages, sells, and leases factories, offices, and retail shops across the Macarthur area and beyond.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our property management department.

Successfully managing commercial property requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and responsiveness to clients.

If you are an established property manager from either a commercial or residential background, we would like to hear from you.

Location: Campbelltown CBD—car parking included. Monday-Friday role.

Work Type Full time ideally - consideration given to part time candidates with relevant experience

What you will do

Assist our department head with the management of a portfolio of properties.

Build and develop strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors, ensuring good communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate and attend to property inspections and document as required.

Review lease documentation, lease administration, and compliance, ensuring lease terms are enforced.

Implement rental reviews and prepare outgoings budgets.

Liaise with tenants and respond to their inquiries promptly.

Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests, including scheduling and overseeing contractors.

Who we are looking for -

Previous experience in property management is a prerequisite.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work to deadlines.

Not afraid to pick up the phone to tackle tasks head-on.
