What you’ll be doing

Producing high-quality, engaging journalism across digital and print platforms

Building strong relationships with local communities and sources

Generating original, impactful story ideas that resonate with diverse audiences

Collaborating with editors and fellow journalists on breaking news and long-form features

Contributing to a positive newsroom culture built on collaboration and innovation

Must-haves

3+ years’ journalism experience

2+ years’ newsroom experience

Based in or willing to relocate to the Warrnambool region

Current driver’s licence

Nice to have

Experience with digital journalism tools and multimedia production

Background in regional or community reporting
