The Company

Our client is a leading residential developer renowned for delivering high-quality townhouses and single-family homes across the NSW Northwest corridor. With a strong presence in the region, they are committed to excellence in construction and customer satisfaction.

As part of the company's expansion, a newly established channel sales manager position has been created to foster their sales channels, oversee project marketing efforts, and foster relationships with prospective buyers across their various projects.

Your Role

Managing online listings to update dates and property information.

Oversee and manage relationships with external sales channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing sales opportunities.

Coordinating with external agencies, internal consultants, and back-office administrative staff.

Conducting buyer inspections and hosting display suites.

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for residential projects.

Prospecting new buyers and nurturing leads to expand the client database.

Compiling feedback reports to enhance sales initiatives and refine the sales process.

Managing sales documentation, contracts, and communications with solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.

Assuming responsibility for leading and managing offer negotiations.

You will have…

Minimum of 3–5 years in residential project sales, with a focus on townhouses and houses in the NSW Northwest region

Proven experience in managing and developing external sales channels to drive business growth.

Demonstrated strong relationship management abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational prowess

A current real estate license or certificate of registration.

A current driver's license and a method of transport.

Availability on weekends.

Access to an excellent uncapped in-house commission and remuneration package.
