Best St Dental is a well-established, privately owned dental practice in the heart of Wagga Wagga. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a modern, welcoming, and patient-focused environment. Our experienced team includes general dentists, specialists, oral health therapists, and dental assistants who work closely to deliver outstanding outcomes for our patients.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic dental assistant to join our vibrant team in a full-time capacity.

This is a permanent role over 4 weekdays (72-hour fortnight) with a regular RDO, offering a fantastic work-life balance. Whether you're an experienced dental assistant or someone looking to enter the field and willing to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside support during a wide range of dental procedures

Maintain a clean and well-prepared clinical environment

Sterilise instruments and uphold infection control standards

Deliver compassionate and professional care to patients

Assist in managing patient records and clinical notes

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 6 months’ dental assisting experience preferred

Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or working toward it) desirable

A warm, friendly manner and excellent communication skills

Strong team player with a proactive approach

Familiarity with Exact dental software a plus

Must have full working rights in Australia
