Open Positions:
1. Executive Chef—International Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full kitchen operation
Develop creative menus across Italian, Mexican, and Mediterranean cuisine
Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
Train and mentor the kitchen team
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a similar role
Proven expertise in international fine dining
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Culinary degree preferred
2. Sous Chef—International Cuisine
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
Supervise food preparation and staff performance
Ensure consistent quality and food safety standards
Qualifications:
5+ years of kitchen experience, including supervisory roles
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
3. Chef de Cuisine—Food Presentation (Plating Specialist)**
Responsibilities:
Lead on presentation and decor elements of dishes
Work closely with head chefs to deliver visual excellence
Innovate plating techniques for upscale service
Qualifications:
3+ years in high-end restaurants with a focus on food aesthetics
Creative eye and strong technical skill
4. Chef de Partie—Multiple Stations (Hot, Cold, Grill, etc.)**
Responsibilities:
Manage individual station operations
Prepare dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of your area
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong culinary fundamentals
5. Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
Design and prepare desserts and sweet items
Develop seasonal dessert menus inspired by international cuisine
Maintain high standards of presentation and taste
Qualifications:
4+ years of pastry experience
Proficient in both classic and modern dessert techniques
6. Bakery Chef
Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh bread, baked goods, and specialty items
Maintain product consistency and quality
Ensure bakery hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications:
3+ years in a bakery setting
Knowledge of international bread and pastry varieties is a plus
