The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire our skilled greenkeeping team, fostering excellence and enthusiasm

Develop and implement strategic agronomic programs to enhance course quality and sustainability

Manage and optimise our modern irrigation system

Oversee course improvement projects from concept through to execution

Ensure compliance with environmental best practices and champion sustainability

Proactively manage budgets, emphasizing efficiency and innovation

WHS expertise

What You’ll Bring:

Genuine passion for golf and turf excellence

Proven leadership skills with experience in senior turf management

Relevant qualifications in Turf Management or similar

Expertise in cool-season grasses and modern turf management techniques

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
