You will be working alongside a collaborative team of doctors, allied health professionals, and two nurses, contributing directly to our clinic's smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Opening the Clinic: Ensuring a welcoming and prepared environment for our patients and team daily.
Reception Excellence (Mornings/Afternoons): Providing exceptional front-of-house service, managing patient inquiries (in-person, phone, and electronic), scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area and waiting room.
Reception Team Leadership: Creating and managing the reception staff roster, providing guidance and support to the reception team, and fostering a positive team environment.
Practice Management Support: Assisting the principal doctor with various practice management tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Doctor Support: Proactively assisting all doctors with their administrative needs, including managing bookings and appointments.
Primary Point of Contact: Serving as the clinic's main point of contact for patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring to Our Team:
Proven previous experience working in a general practice setting.
Proficiency in Best Practice software.
Experience with HotDoc software for online bookings and patient communication.
Ability to confidently read and understand reports relevant to clinic operations.
Familiarity with Cubiko for data insights and practice management (highly desirable).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent patient care.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to accommodate the clinic's needs when required.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, embodying the "propeller" and "dynamo" spirit.
