CAFM Operator

Job Summary: We at DERNA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANY are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CAFM Operator to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and support for facilities operations.

Salary: SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000 (total package)

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, update, and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basis.
Create and manage asset records, location data, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Log, assign, track, and close work orders in coordination with technicians and supervisors.
Generate PM schedules and ensure all assets are maintained as per planned timelines.
Monitor spare parts inventory through CAFM if integrated.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as work order status, technician productivity, PPM compliance, etc. Proficiency in using CAFM systems (like IBM Maximo, IMS or equivalent)
Good MS Excel and reporting skills by May 29, 2025
