We are seeking an assistant restaurant manager to join our exciting new venue, sure to take the Sydney dining and hospitality scene by storm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Curate and manage the menu offerings, ensuring seasonal and high-quality produce is consistently available.
- Collaborate with the head chef to maintain and improve our wine and cocktail selections.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Engage with guests to build relationships and gather feedback, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to keep our restaurant at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an assistant restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and guests alike.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results and manage financial performance.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and liquor licensing are preferred.
