Your Role

Provide person-centered, evidence-based therapy to clients with diverse needs, tailoring interventions to support their unique goals.

Conduct detailed assessments and collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

Maintain accurate and compliant records while delivering high-quality services in line with industry standards.

What We Offer

Competitive salary from $80,000 to $120,000, excluding superannuation (based on experience and role type).

$1,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rata, paid after completing probation).

What You Bring

A tertiary qualification in occupational therapy and AHPRA registration (or eligibility).

A current driver’s license, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Check.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A passion for improving the lives of pediatric and adult clients through meaningful therapeutic interventions.
