The Role
The property contracts specialist is responsible for ensuring Arc receives optimal commercial outcomes in its ancillary customer contracts. You will achieve this by understanding both Arc’s needs and our customers' needs through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and assisting with drafting and negotiating commercial terms.
Key Duties
Providing end to end management of a variety of agreements from negotiation and contract drafting through to execution and ongoing contract management
Liaising with Arc’s customers, acting as the primary point of contact in relation to customer interfaces with the rail corridor
Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, assessing each individual scenario to proactively find solutions which meet third party requests for use of rail corridor whilst protecting Arc’s obligations, rights and strategic commercial objectives
Coordinating development of work scopes, quotes, diagrams and other related information to input into agreements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
Experience in contract management and contract drafting strongly desirable but not essential
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills, with the ability to manage risks and resolve issues effectively
Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management given high volume of requests and competing priorities
