Audit Accountant

Region: Riyadh (Riyadh)

A well-reputed company located in Riyadh is looking for an accountant with audit experience for the head office in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency and forecast financial outcomes for construction projects.

- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and industry-specific requirements, and assist in financial audits.

- Financial Transaction Management: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and process invoices.

- Cost Analysis and Control: Analyze project costs to identify savings and control expenditures, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.

- Contract Management: Monitor construction project contracts and change orders, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to track financial performance. ???

Requirements and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in construction accounting.

- Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or construction accounting certification is preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks and NetSuite, and advanced MS Excel skills.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Communication and Collaboration: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
