A leading commercial law firm, with over 200 staff in their Brisbane office, is seeking a mid-level lawyer to join their commercial litigation team. As a key team member, you'll handle complex disputes with excellent support from a collaborative team and award-winning partner.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile disputes across Queensland. You’ll handle a diverse range of matters, including:

High-end contract disputes

IP litigation

Construction disputes

Insurance litigation and indemnity claims

Regulatory matters

Commercial property disputes

Insolvency matters

It’s a dynamic and varied practice with exposure to complex, large-scale legal challenges. You'll be working directly with a partner recognized as a leading practitioner across Legal 500, Doyle's Guide, and Best Lawyers Australia.

To excel in this role, you should have:

4 to 9 years of PAE with a strong foundation in disputes.

You should have a good understanding of the Corporations Act, UCPR, and alternative dispute litigation.

Working at a large specialist, mid-tier, or national firm.
