This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Group Training Organization (GTO) and Registered Training Organization (RTO) committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for apprentices, trainees, and host employers.
About the Role
You'll play a vital role in coordinating apprentice and trainee placements and rotations with host employers. You’ll work closely with supervisors, trainers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for all involved.
Your day-to-day will involve everything from scheduling and relationship management to providing key administrative support across our recruitment and apprentice and trainee teams.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate placements and rotations for apprentices and trainees across various trades
Liaise daily with supervisors to ensure all placements are filled and running smoothly
Build and maintain influential relationships with host employers and PEER employees
Monitor and support compliance for recruitment, training and employment requirements
Maintain accurate and timely records across PEER systems
Provide high-level customer service and respond to enquiries from hosts and apprentices
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including security clearances and compliance
Deliver administrative support for apprentice management, reporting, and engagement activities
What We’re Looking For
A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven administrative experience, ideally within education, employment services, recruitment or training
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and database systems
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in coordination, schedules or client relationships is highly desirable
You’ll Need to Have:
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Baseline Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's licence
