Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work, Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Setting: Nursing or convalescent home
Area of Specialization: Geriatrics
Specific Skills: Provide nursing care, Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
Other Information:Knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions is an asset.
