Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its foam, rubber, and pool categories. A fantastic opportunity exists for a swimming pool technician to join the Clark Rubber Enfield team. While predominantly out on the road during summer, retail shop work will be required as needed.

The successful candidate will: Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment when required

Have excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English

Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers

Take pride in their work

Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge.

Key responsibilities include

General pool maintenance, including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools

Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners

Sales and installation of new equipment

Quote generation and follow up

Schedule and inventory management.

Candidates should have:

A current manual driver’s license with a good driving record

Experience in onsite swimming pool service preferred but not essential, as full training will be given to right candidate

Great customer service skills and working with teams

Previous plumbing, electrical or gas experience would be an advantage but not essential

Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised

Enjoy outdoors and engaging with customers

A police clearance will also be a requirement.

A full-time salary package is available based on experience.
