Your responsibilities

Lead NSW operations, including pre-installation site measurement,  warehousing, logistics and installation functions

Oversee project delivery from post-sale through to completion, ensuring time, budget, and quality goals are met

Manage and mentor internal teams and subcontractors across multiple job sites

Ensure compliance with WHandS policies and ISO 45001 standards

Coordinate with national teams across finance, production, and sales to align on delivery timelines and planning

Conduct risk assessments, ensure QA documentation, and maintain accurate project records

Develop and implement cost control measures while maximising efficiency

Serve as the point of contact for technical and delivery-related customer queries

Your qualifications and experience

Senior experience in operations, project delivery, or construction-related leadership

Strong people management and team development capabilities

Knowledge of WHandS practices; experience with ISO 45001 a plus

Background in building, joinery, cabinetry, or related trades preferred

Proficiency in project management and reporting systems

Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets and mitigate risks

Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Self-directed and confident in taking ownership of outcomes
