About the Role

We’re currently seeking a hardworking and motivated groundsman to join our crew. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work and wants to build a long-term career in the arboriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with tree removals, pruning, and site cleanup

Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws and wood chippers

Support climbers with ground operations and rigging

Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness

Load and unload tools and materials

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in tree work or landscaping preferred (but not essential)

Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor manual work

Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

MR truck licence preferred (not essential)
