As we expand across the kingdom, we’re looking for a hands-on vending machine technician to join our operations team and ensure our machines run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced vending machine technician to install, maintain, and repair our vending machines across various locations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring machines are operational, stocked, and delivering the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Install and set up vending machines at new or existing locations. Perform routine maintenance and technical troubleshooting. Refill machines with products as needed and ensure hygiene standards. Monitor machine performance and resolve malfunctions promptly. Keep accurate logs of maintenance, service requests, and inventory. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for machine movements. Maintain tools, parts, and repair kits.

Requirements: Proven experience in a similar technical or maintenance role. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to diagnose and repair electronic equipment. Good physical condition and willingness to travel between locations. Valid driver’s license. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred: Previous experience with vending machines, kiosks, or similar equipment. Vocational or technical certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of IoT-enabled devices is a bonus.
